- I'm a 41 year old mother of 3 kids. My boys are 12 and 13 and my daughter is 10. I am a devoted wife of 15 years to my wonderful husband Jason (Jed). He defends our country and freedoms as a fighter pilot for the United States AirForce. We are a very active family. I have the best job in the world helping people be healthy, fit and strong. I love motivating and inspire my clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
